Building Athletes & Future Leaders
Cougar Volleyball Club provides programs that are competitive in nature with a focus on long term athlete development in areas such as technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of the sport of volleyball. The Cougar Volleyball Club seeks to provide a strong developmental focus that allows young women to be prepared for post-secondary opportunities should they choose that path. Cougar Volleyball Club believes it important to provide young aspiring athletes mentors and roles models and looks to inspire young women to combine academics and volleyball at the CIS and college level.
